Senior Manager HR for Excel Polymers
February 15, 2008—Cleveland, Ohio—Executive search firm,
paul-lawrence associates, has placed Celeste Jones
as Senior Manager Human Resources for Excel Polymers in Solon,
Ohio. Larry S. Imely and Suzanne Conroy were the search consultants
managing the assignment.
Ms. Jones previously was Employee Relations
Manager for Ford Motor Company in Brook Park, Ohio, where she was
responsible for ensuring compliance with all HR laws and regulations,
implementing HR and business operation initiatives, training and
facilitating the career development and recruiting programs as
well as leading company-wide diversity initiatives. She has also
held the position of Labor Relations Supervisor with Ford in the
Cleveland Engine Plant. Prior to that, she was a Labor Employee
Relations Intern with Eaton Corporation and the Human Resource
Region Recruiter for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
