Manager of Construction for FirstEnergy Corp.
November 27, 2007—Cleveland, Ohio—Executive search firm,
paul~lawrence associates, has placed James B. Fitzgerald as Manager
of Construction for FirstEnergy Corp. in Akron, Ohio. Eric Christ
and Larry S. Imely were the search consultants managing the assignment.
Mr. Fitzgerald previously was Project Manager for Duquesne Light
Company in Pittsburgh, PA, where he was responsible for all aspects
of both internal and outside engineering and construction personnel,
as well as project specifications development and contracts. Prior
to his position with Duquesne Light Company, James was Project
Manager/Construction Manager for APT Technical Services in Wexford,
PA, and J & L Specialty Steel, LLC in Midland, PA.
