associates has placed Ruth E. Spencer as Director
of Human Resources for Vassar College. Elizabeth A. Jaszczak
was the search consultant managing the assignment.
Ms. Spencer was previously the Director of Human Resources for
Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. Prior to her role at Oberlin
College Ruth served as Deputy Director of Human Resources at the
Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners in Cleveland, Ohio and the
Director of Human Resources at the Cleveland Psychiatric Institute.
