associates, has placed Edward J. Silva, as President-Property Tax
Division in Dallas, Texas with CBIZ. Prior, Mr. Silva had a distinguished career
with eLoyalty Corporation as a Vice President/Regional Manager for one of their
five consulting regions, and as well is a former Vice President, North America
for Novel, Inc./Cambridge Technology Partners, overseeing their National
